About the Foundation
Stewarding the health of Breckinridge County.
The mission of the Breckinridge Health Foundation is to generate resources, be good stewards of those resources, and increase community awareness of the foundation.
Our Mission
Locally rooted. Faithfully governed. Fully reinvested.
All gifts made to the Foundation benefit Breckinridge Health, Inc. and its affiliated medical groups — exclusively. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization (Federal Tax ID 61-0991775), led by a board of fifteen community members elected to five-year terms.
Twelve members come from the communities served, and three are drawn from the Board of Directors of Breckinridge Health, Inc. — ensuring local voices remain at the center of every decision.
